I didn’t write about this, but I spent a few weeks in India before I came back to Beijing.
It’s a crazy wild country and like nowhere I’ve ever been before at all, like China, a lot less scary once you actually go there.
Probably a number of people who might have thought about going have had second thoughts with the terrorist attacks, but I’d still recommend traveling there to anyone, if only to learn what the place is like.
